Chris and
Jo Keogh make all their produce in their own kitchen at home in Kirkby Stephen using the best ingredients sourced locally
where possible.
Some of their
recipes were developed by Chris’s parents at the Herb Farm, Ivegill and still bear that name. These include the Lemon
Cheese, Herb jellies and Rum Butter. Chris developed the fudge and toffee to compliment these traditional preserves and now
makes several tempting varieties including one using local butter.
Chris and
Jo also make marmalade and preserves using traditional recipes from local fruit in season.
We can be
found at agricultural and flower shows in the North of England during the summer season and attend local farmers markets at
